Complex cases (fraud/legal disputes) may take longer; we will keep you updated.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may reply to the grievance thread within 7 calendar days with additional details or evidence.
Submitting false, malicious, or abusive complaints is prohibited. Misuse may lead to account suspension or termination.
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
