Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all transactions made on Livista360.ai, owned and operated by Livista360 AI Private Limited. By using our Platform and purchasing any paid services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Policy
This Policy applies to all paid services on Livista360.ai, including but not limited to:
- Premium property listings
- Lead generation and enquiry management services
- Reels and video marketing campaigns
- Marketplace promotions for vendors, contractors, and material suppliers
- Auction and smart bidding participation fees
- Subscription or membership-based services
Exclusions:
- Once a property listing, advertisement, or marketing campaign is live, it becomes non-refundable.
- Auction fees are non-refundable once bidding begins.
- Trial periods: If a user continues beyond the trial period, cancellations and refunds will not be available for the active service.
- In rare cases, Livista360 may review refund requests with detailed justification, but approval is at the discretion of the Company.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made by error
- Failed transactions due to technical issues (payment deducted but service not activated)
- Service not delivered within the promised timeline (e.g., listing not activated, campaign not launched)
- Wrong plan activation due to a system error
- User-requested cancellation before the service goes live (subject to conditions)
Refunds will not be processed if:
- The service has already been activated or delivered
- The user requests a refund simply due to a change of mind after activation
3. Cancellation Rules
- Users may cancel a paid listing or plan before it goes live.
- Depending on the type of service, cancellations may result in:
- Full refund (if no work has started)
- Partial refund (if admin/verification or processing work has already begun)
- Auctions, marketing campaigns, and featured promotions are not cancellable once activated.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
- The actual time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank processing times.
5. Refund Method
- Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, wallet, etc.).
- In certain cases, at the user's request, Livista360 may provide a wallet/credit balance within the platform for future use.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are strictly non-refundable:
- Featured property listings and ads once approved and published
- Auction entry fees once the auction has started
- Reels and video marketing campaigns once they have been activated
- Paid promotions or lead-generation packages that have already been delivered in part or full
7. Processing Fees & Deductions
Refunds will be made after deducting applicable charges, including but not limited to:
- Payment gateway (PG) fees
- Bank charges
- Administrative/processing fees
These deductions will be clearly mentioned in the refund communication.
8. Dispute Handling
- Any refund-related disputes must be reported to support@livista360.com with complete details (transaction ID, service name, and justification).
- Our internal team will investigate the matter. Genuine disputes will be resolved and eligible refunds will be processed.
- In all cases, Livista360's decision will be final and binding, unless the user provides additional evidence or justification that requires a re-investigation.
- Complex cases may take longer than the standard timeline, but users will be kept updated on the status.
9. Fraud & Abuse Protection
Livista360 reserves the right to deny refunds if the user is found to be:
- Misusing the platform or its services
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions
- Submitting false listings, misleading advertisements, or spam
In such cases, the account may also be suspended or terminated in line with our Terms & Conditions.
