Welcome to Livista360.ai, operated by Livista360 AI Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Our", or "Us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using Livista360.ai, you ("User", "Your") agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The Platform is available only to individuals who are 18 years or older.
• The Platform may be used for both personal and business purposes.
• By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account & Registration

• Users must register with their full name, email address, phone number, and user type.
• Email verification and OTP verification are mandatory for account activation.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts created with false or incomplete information.
• Users may delete their account at any time from their profile settings or by contacting support@Livista360.com. Deleted accounts will remain inactive for 30 days, after which they will be permanently deleted unless reactivated.

3. Services Covered

Livista360.ai provides a complete AI-powered real estate ecosystem, including but not limited to:

• Property Listings & Advanced Search – AI-enhanced search with filters for price, location, amenities, BHK, and more.
• Builders, Agents, Contractors, and Vendors Directory – Verified profiles for all stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
• AI-powered Property Insights & Recommendations – Automated scoring for livability, investment potential, greenery, connectivity, safety, and locality highlights.
• Marketplace for Materials & Services – A platform to buy and sell construction materials (cement, bricks, tiles, marble, etc.) and related services.
• Reels & Video Marketing – Short video reels for properties and services, with optional lead-generation overlays for paid marketing campaigns.
• Auction & Smart Bidding Module – AI-assisted property auctions with verified buyers/sellers and real-time smart bidding guidance.
• Investment Property & ROI Forecasting – Tools for group investments, AI-driven ROI analytics, and long-term profitability insights.
• Interior AI & Virtual Design Tools – Upload floor plans to receive AI-suggested layouts, décor ideas, and 3D/VR visualization of interiors.
• Vendor & Contractor Management – Lead management, service showcasing, availability filters, and enquiry handling for contractors and vendors.
• AI-enhanced 360° Virtual Tours – Interactive 3D/VR walkthroughs of properties and interior spaces.
• Locality & Neighborhood Insights – AI-generated insights on schools, connectivity, lifestyle, safety, upcoming developments, and nearby amenities.
• Customer Support & Fraud Prevention – Admin validation of property listings, AI-driven fraud detection, spam blocking, and user dispute assistance.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must not upload fake properties, misleading ads, duplicate listings, or copyrighted content.
• All property listings are manually validated by the admin team within 24–48 hours.
• Our AI system monitors for fraudulent or spam activity. Users uploading repeated fake or misleading content may be flagged as spam users and permanently blocked.
• Users must not engage in spamming, harassment, or fraudulent activities of any kind.

5. Payment & Commercials

• Certain services such as premium listings, lead generation, and marketing features are subject to payment.
• Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, subject to internal review.

6. Content Ownership

• Users retain ownership of the content they upload (including property images, descriptions, reels, and documents).
• By uploading content, Users grant Livista360.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content for marketing, SEO, and AI training purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

• Any third-party vendors, partners, or service providers onboarded are directly accountable to Livista360.
• Livista360 actively validates and takes responsibility for third-party onboarding, ensuring authenticity and compliance.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and governs how we collect, use, and store personal data.
• We do not share user data with third parties. However, based on explicit user selection, requirements may be shared with relevant builders, vendors, or channel partners.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Livista360.ai is a facilitator platform only. We are not responsible for disputes, fraud, or misrepresentation between Users, buyers, sellers, agents, or vendors.
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, damages, or property disputes arising from User activities.
• In case of fraudulent activity by a User, Livista360 will cooperate fully with authorities and provide verified information for investigation.

10. Termination of Accounts

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts immediately if any violation of these Terms is detected.
• Account termination decisions are reviewed and confirmed by the admin team.
• Users also have the right to delete their accounts at any time.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Updates to Terms

• We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Users will be informed of significant changes through email or notifications.
• Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
